Shipping


You will receive your tracking number via email once your parcel has been shipped out. Please note that it might be located in your Junk/Spam mailbox if you can’t find our mail in your primary mailbox. 

If you do not receive the parcel within the shipping time stated below, please contact us within the next two working days at support@naak.com.my so that we can check with the courier company. Any parcel that fails to be delivered will be kept in the courier warehouse for up to 7 days and they will be returned if no one pick them up within 7 days. If you do not contact us before the return, you will need to cover the second shipping fee for your parcel.

We process your order within 7 days and will ship within the next 72 hours (excluded weekends and Public Holidays). Kindly refer to the above for the estimated arrival time.

You shall be informed on your status order as below via email:

“On-hold” means the payment has not received from you yet.
“Processing” means your item is now being processed and will be shipped out soon.
“Completed” means your item has been shipped out.

> Import Duty Chargers. 

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges, you are advised to contact your local customs office.

> During Promotion Period/Holidays (Hari Raya / Chinese New Year / Christmas / 11-11 / Black Friday)

During peak periods, there may be some delay in shipping. Please bear with us as we could not fulfil the usual delivery promise due to large volume of orders, transaction and availability issues. Naak does not represent courier companies, and as much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcels can suffer delays beyond our control. However, please rest assured we’re on your side and will help in any way we can.
